Recorded December 14th 2017.

This is Harmala in its infancy--the first soundbath meditation we did at our place. I had been building this synth/guitar rig for these small gatherings. This was a live attempt at testing out a concept that I had been working on for a while. I had no music written, just sounds collected. My girlfriend was hosting a yin yoga themed night. The theme was the life cycle of a butterfly. These recordings were made from the Main Output of my mixer. Whatever was coming out of the speakers in the room went on this recording. Occasionally you can hear the sound of some talking in the background coming through the vocal mic. Some of the ideas in this performance come back to show their heads from time to time in later recordings.
